Refund policy
Our promise We want you to love your shirt and wear it with pride. Because every item is printed to order just for you, our returns work a little differently from a regular clothing store.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a clear photo of the problem
You won't need to send the item back.
Wrong size or change of mind Since each shirt is made especially for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Lost parcels If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll work with our shipping partner to sort it out.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they haven't gone into production yet. Please contact us as soon as possible. Most orders start printing within 24 hours.
How refunds work Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the money to appear.
